Here at A Fresh Space, getting organized or moved begins with our initial consultation. First, our organizing or move concierge team meets with you at your home or office, takes photos & measurements, gathering relevant information, and creating a plan of action for your move or organizing project. This sets the stage for making your project a success!
Once we meet, we provide you with recommendations, and estimates for how long it may take, project dates and times, as well as any materials or storage solutions we may need. Our initial consultation generally takes 1-2 hours and takes quite a bit of stress off of your mind knowing that there’s a light at the end of the organization tunnel! Our moving concierge team can work virtually if you are moving to the Nashville area to gather info and be your feet on the ground in your new home!
Curious why we charge a consult fee? We want your organizing project to be amazing so we put a lot of time & effort into creating a custom proposal for you with the information gathered at the intake, setting up your project in our systems, researching & sourcing products and resources, and more. Our goal is to make sure our team has all the information and supplies they need to make your project perfect and it all starts with this consult! We take pride in being fully prepared for every project and have learned from our 20 years of experience that this intake is the number one indicator of success. And that fee pays for itself with a project that is smooth and easy because we’ve started out the right way.
